Shipping General

All shipments from Celmade Korea are made through K-Packet, EMS, and WEX Express (FedEx, DHL, UPS) at official prices set in South Korean territory. The typical delivery period from Korea is between 7 and 15 days.

The local Korean postal service that handles international packages, Korea Post, has excellent connections to many different parts of the globe. The typical delivery time is between 10 and 20days.

Make sure you include proper address details.

Ordinarily, all orders are shipped out within 72 hours of being received.

Within 72 hours, we notify customers if there is a shipping delay.

P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are not accepted for shipping.

The website automatically calculates shipping costs. Depending on the country of destination, it varies. The product pages or carts are good places to check the delivery price.

Parcel Tracking

We email customers with tracking numbers when order packages are shipped.

Both order information and shipment tracking numbers are included in the email.

Shipping Notice

If the box weighs more than 3kg, you must pay customs costs, according to local customs regulations. (The weight displayed on the website might not match the weight in question.)

When the shipping method is chosen, the weight of the box and bubble wrap will be automatically added to the shipment weight.

Customs fees range from 10% to 30% of the tariff, depending on the country of delivery.ย  Please remember this when placing your order.ย  By getting in touch with the appropriate authorities, you can find out the tariff rate.

Also take note that the item’s pricing does not include import charges or taxes. The purchaser is liable for these fees.

Order Value Limit

Celmade Korea restricts orders to $300 or less (without shipping costs) due to regulatory customs concerns that might result in significant delays.

To prevent customs problems, we advise customers who want to spend more than $300 to place two separate orders.

Delivery Failure

  2. The refund procedure won’t start until CELMADE KOREA is informed of any official delivery results.
  3. The consumer MUST supply us with proof of the incident, such as photographs.
  4. Unclaimed Return
  5. The customer undertakes shipping costs if a package is returned to Celmade Korea because it was unclaimed.
  6. Unclaimed packages are not the responsibility of Celmade Korea.
