Customs taxes, import fees, value-added taxes, and other associated matters are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with customs, including customs fees, service fees, administrative fees, and storage fees.
Customers should contact their local customs office for detailed information to avoid any potential problems because customs difficulties vary by country.
Regarding the modernization of cross-border VAT e-commerce in European Union nations
We would like to inform you that starting on July 1st, 2021; import duty will be applied to purchases made online from international marketplaces. Therefore, your purchases from Celmade may be subject to the new VAT taxation system and you may have to pay taxes depending on your location.
Hazardous Goods
On the subject of hazardous products, every nation has a separate policy. Customers should contact their local customs information office to find out if the goods they plan to purchase are dangerous or not since Celmade Korea is not responsible for advising them of these details.
Customs Refusal
We are not liable for packages that customs refuses for any reason, including failure to pay tax, importing things that are prohibited, or any other customs-related problems. We are not obligated to reship a shipment that is refused and returns to Celmade Korea. However, we let our clients know when an item has been delivered, and if they pay for shipping again, Celmade Korea will send the box out. Celmade Korea shall not be responsible for any refunds or replacements due to customs-related problems.
